I am a Hertfordshire/ London based costume maker and assistant.

 

From a young age I seemed to take an interest in forms of sewing and clothing. I began by learning cross stiching and this continued when beginning Textiles in school. Throughout school I developed a love for making garments.

 

I am now near the end of completing a BA Honours Costume Production course at Rose Bruford College. Throughout the course I have not only learnt lots of new techniques as a maker but experienced working as a costume assistant on productions. I've also experienced learning about dancewear, dyeing and breaking down, wig dressing and millinery which was a personal favourite.
